Hello!
Welcome ladies and gentlemen to my DAI 505 blog. A little about myself:
My name is Vincent Vizcaino. I was born in Madera, CA. I moved to San Francisco in August of 2006. I'm a DAI major with concentration in Visual Communication. I was inspired to be a graphic designer because I love music, but I have no musical talent. I figured the next best thing would be to design artwork and memorabilia like posters for bands. I was floored by artwork by artists like Winston Smith and Peter Saville. Their work made me want to be a designer. This is my hope for the future. If I can't design album artwork, I want to be Art Director at a music magazine, preferably an independent 'zine. There's something enticing about working with a bunch of people who have the same passion as you and are pouring their whole selves into their work.

Six words that describe me: unique, quiet, determined, creative, visual, laid back
